EXECUTION

Our goal is to provide the most efficient delivery service process in the industry, resulting in funded loans. Upon receipt of a complete loan application, we will issue a loan approval within 24 hours. We then immediately interface with our integrated third party service providers. Since we obtain their reports very quickly, we have eliminated the usual bottlenecks, allowing our borrowers to close as quick as they want.

MANAGEMENT

CB Investments' president is Chris Brown. As a seasoned industry veteran, he has worked on both the banking and brokerage sides of the business. He received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from the University of Colorado in 1989. He also received a Master in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Southern California in 1998, graduating with Beta Gamma Sigma honors for outstanding academic performance.
